NOTE! Please refer to the instructions on how to properly attach the pads. The three tabs-slots must be matched, and the pad should be firmly stuck on the mop-head to avoid any issues.

Why does the lid come off when the bucket is lifted? There are two handles, but the larger one is the real lift-handle. The thinner one, which is printed "LOCK", is actually a lock that secures the lid to the bucket. Use the lift-handle to move the bucket so that the lid won't come off.

"Dirty" Water Flowing into "Clean" Water? The bucket is designed with a "WASH" and "DRY" separate system. The "DRY" part is only for you to squeeze out extra water after washing the wet mop, so the water would be "dirty" into "dirty".

Why is the mop-head difficult to insert into the bucket? First, fill the WASH chamber with water and wet the mop. A dry mop can be challenging to insert. This is normal, especially during the first few uses. Apply some downward pressure and try tilting the mop at different angles to help it go in.
